Wildlife Computers is excited to announce its latest data product for the MiniPAT.
ATS (Activity Time Series) is a time series option that tracks any active event (outlier) of the tag/animal outside the normal range of activity. ‘Active events’ occur when the tag statistically identifies outliers in the activity/movement of the animal when compared against the mean activity level calculated over several hours.
The data is derived from a filtered proxy for ODBA (Overall Dynamic Body Acceleration) using 10Hz acceleration data.
