This Privacy Statement does not address, and we are not responsible for, the privacy, data or other practices of any entities outside of Wildlife Computers, Inc., including any third party operating any website or service to which the Services link, as well as payment services. We have no control over, and are not responsible for, any third party’s collection, use and disclosure of your Personal Data.
In addition, we are not responsible for the data collection, use, disclosure or security policies or practices of other organizations, such as social media platform providers, operating system providers, wireless service providers or device manufacturers, including with respect to any Personal Data you disclose to other organizations through our website or Social Media Pages.
The Services are hosted in and managed from the United States. If you are a user located outside the United States, you understand and consent to having any personal information processed in the United States or in any other country in which we engage service providers. United States and other countries’ data protection laws may not be the same as those in your jurisdiction. In certain circumstances, courts, law enforcement agencies, regulatory agencies or security authorities in the United States may be entitled to access your personal information.
We seek to use reasonable organizational, technical and administrative measures to protect Personal Data. Unfortunately, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. For your protection, we only fulfill requests for the Personal Data associated with the particular email address that you use to send us your request, and we may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request.
We are required to respond to any of your requests to exercise these above rights within 30 days. Should we be unable to comply within 30 days, we will let you know of any delay.
