At Wildlife Computers, we know how important timely deliveries are for your projects. Our Technical Calibration (TCAL) team is working hard to prioritize orders, but we need your help to keep everything running smoothly!

TCAL is focused on getting confirmed orders out the door. Our Sales and Operations teams are proactively reaching out to track down any last bits of information. Still, your quick response can make all the difference—especially as we approach busy shipping windows.

How You Can Help

To make sure your tags ship on time, we need confirmation of these final details at least two weeks before your scheduled shipment:

  • Argos PTT IDs—for all transmitting models.
  • Payment Status—let us know if anything has changed.
  • Tag Programming Details
  • Label Details—for MiniPAT and sPAT tags only.
  • Tethering Details—for towed tags: include tether type and length.
  • Final Shipping Address—especially if it’s different from the address your original quote.

Heads Up

If we receive any of these details less than two weeks before shipment, your ship date may need to move. If you have questions or are ready to confirm your order details, contact us today—and help us keep your delivery right on track!
